Terms and conditions
1. Booking and Payment
• To book a private dining experience, full payment is required in advance.
• Payments are processed securely via our designated payment provider.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Full refund if canceled at least 7 days before the experience date.
• Full refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the booking was made at least 48 hours in advance.
• No refunds for cancellations outside these conditions.
3. Participation Requirements
• Guests must inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who disrupts the experience.
4. Image Use Policy
By participating in our experiences, guests acknowledge and accept that we may take and share photographs for promotional purposes on social media. If you do not wish to appear in any images, you must inform us in writing before the experience. You may also request removal of any published image by contacting us at elenamiguel@villaelenasevilla.com.
5. Liability Waiver
Villa Elena is not responsible for any personal injuries, allergic reactions, or lost personal items during the experience. Guests participate at their own risk.
6. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page.
